1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   

2. Timeframe:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.   

3. Return Process:

1. Contact us at adishi@adishi.in to request a return authorization.
2. Package the item securely along with the invoice.
3. Our delivery partner will pick up the package from your shipping address.

4. Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs:

We are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
